The staff was mind-blowingly available the entire time, super nice and incredibly helpful. The location was jaw-droppingly close to where the bus dropped us off. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony. The beds were great, and there was Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The breakfast included delicious banana pancakes and tea. The reception girl was friendly, honest, and helped us get a discounted price for activities. They also had scooters for rent and were next to a hostel for socializing. it offered excellent value and I would highly recommend it!

The staff at Phong Nha Midtown really went above and beyond to accommodate us. When our night bus unexpectedly dropped us off at 4 a.m., they checked us into our room without any extra charge. I only stayed here for one night during my visit to Phong Nha, and I really wish I could have stayed longer. This hotel feels new and everything is clean and open.
